Bluebird of Happiness

Bluebirds are rather shy. So although it should have made its appearance in June for the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge, we're all going to be polite and pretend its indigo. Plus I think there may be others out there playing catchup like me.

Isn't there a bird called an Indigo Bunting? Though a Bluebird of Happiness is a welcome addition to anyone's life!
I'm striking out with indigo, but I need more blues anyway, so I suspect it'll all work out.

Hmm... I think I see some REALLY dark blue patches on your beautiful bird! Squint. You might see them, too. :o))

Indigo is not a color found in my scraps so I'm working on other scrappy projects. And besides - EVERYone needs a blue bird of happiness!

Yep, the bluebird made me feel happy. I rarely play catchup. I play mustard sometimes.

Your bluebird of happiness was right on time. Actually, it is a lighter shade of indigo, for the dye can produce a range of colors. Love the sweet birdie!

Very fun block. Yes I'm in catch up mode too, so you are not alone.
