Blue Bunnies Came In from the Cold

I haven't figured out what my fourth rainbow project will be for this year, so I decided to make more blue bunnies. I had already cut the fabric, so I thought I should hurry up and make them before they got lost in the mayhem. More blue beauties can be found at the launch pad for the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge.

Oops. If anyone would like to make a flopsy bunny, this is how its done.

We were supposed to get two feet of snow last night, but by this morning we only had 13 inches. We've added a few more inches during the day, but I don't think I'll have to get out the snowshoes for this one.

Molly is wondering if purple will be the color for the rainbow scrappy challenge next month. Or maybe this is just one of her new favorite places to sleep during the day. She does not come down from the front, but rather scoots around to the back behind the design wall and climbs down that way. I can tell when she's coming because of the bulging design wall and falling quilt blocks.

Flopsy bunny, bulging design walls, and falling blocks? Oh, my!! Keep warm in all that snow.

Molly has the right idea; snuggling is all I feel like doing today. Love your bunnies, even Flopsy. But I’m glad she was fixed. :-)

Can you teach Molly how to put the blocks back on the wall??? Love your blue bunnies going in opposite directions.

The cutest bunnies ever.

I think my bunnies are lost in the mayhem or maybe it's in the chaos box. Good luck on choosing a project. And what happened to those handsome plaid bunnies? I especially like that version.

I just love your bunnies! Sweet little fur baby, too.

Love the blue bunnies, even the floppsy one. Maybe even especially the floppsy one. Do they need sweaters to warm them up?
My little cat Ursula used to tunnel through stacks of fabric. I wouldn't even know she was in the room until a pile of fabric would start lurching and jiggling, and then her little face would poke out of the middle of it. It always cracked me up.

I can just see those bunnies hopping around 21 Curves Rd (I don't remember what the real name is) out there in the snow. I loved playing in the snow when I lived there, but not having to go to work in it!

Thanks for the photo. Of the snow. Of Molly. Of the bunnies. Interesting developments on all counts.

The flopsy bunny is a cute addition to the herd. Hope the snow slowed down. It sure looks like a lot to me.

I especially like the polka dot bunny (and the floppy eared one).

I hope those, blue bunnies are not more susceptible to frostbite than the others. They do look healthy right now. I miss supervisor Popper, who was very adept at knocking over boxes full of fabrics.
