Moving along

Do you know where your fabric is? I'm letting most of my fabric stay overnight by itself in the new house. Yes, I guess that I now qualify as an empty nester, and this is what it looks like.

Okay, maybe the nest isn't so empty after all.

I am trying to arrange for a local move. As we were discussing "my inventory" I mentioned that I had a weaving loom. My moving coordinator said she had heard of a loom, but didn't know what it looked like. She also thought I might need a specialty mover. I assured her that it was quite sturdy and has made several moves without special treatment. She asked if I could send her pictures of my stuff...so Molly photobombed every picture I took. Next I'll be told they don't move cat hoarders.

Your blog is my favorite. It never fails to make me smile. Hope this next move goes smoothly.

I love that Molly is measuring your loom for you ;))) you can see her brain figuring the distance for a jump on top...hugs, Julierose

Well, let's hope your fabric behaves itself, spending the night alone.

You might find lots of surprise little scraps in the new house after leaving your stash alone to its own devices overnight. Just sayin'.

My fabric is all jumbled up in the Studio office area. Hopefully, it is behaving itself and not making scrap babies.

I was told that they don't move paint, and I had 200 cans of the stuff!

suggestion, always include a cat picture, with what kitty is thinking about something.

I wish you well on your move. Looks like you've already done a lot of work for the movers, having moved fabric already, etc.
