Bluebirds are rather shy. So although it should have made its appearance in June for the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge, we're all going to be polite and pretend its indigo. Plus I think there may be others out there playing catchup like me.
Isn't there a bird called an Indigo Bunting? Though a Bluebird of Happiness is a welcome addition to anyone's life! I'm striking out with indigo, but I need more blues anyway, so I suspect it'll all work out.
Your bluebird of happiness was right on time. Actually, it is a lighter shade of indigo, for the dye can produce a range of colors. Love the sweet birdie!
cute cute cute!
