Lime Plaid Bunnies

The Rainbow Scrappy Challenge has become so rancorous, I am just stepping away. I told the plaid bunnies that they aren't part of the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge, but they wouldn't listen. So this weeks offering was made by the plaid bunnies, and I had nothing to do with it. If you would like some sanity with your lime patchwork, I suggest you visit the other Rainbow participants who are celebrating the color lime for November.

The plaid bunnies also wanted me to show you that they have changed their construction, because apparently bunnies are the best at making bunnies. They are using a 2.5 inch square with a single 1.5 inch square flip triangle under their tail instead of "the horrendous seam-laden mayhem" that I was using. And yes, I'm just quoting how they described it.

Meanwhile, I would love to show pictures of Team Storm (the kittens Typhoon, Cyclone, and Hurricane). However, they are resisting their enrollment in Kitten U, and think they are part of a Scared Straight documentary. Oddly, this is a bit of a welcome relief after Roy.

  5. The bunnies are adorable, but rather pushy.
Looking forward to seeing Team Storm. Do you think they might be afraid of plaid bunnies?

  6. Lovely bunnies, but I wouldn't leave them together for too long; you know what happens then! You'll be inundated with rabbits before you can call you kittens to the rescue.

  7. These bunnies are just so CUTE!! You are so kind to share a tutorial on making them. Now I have to 'birth' a couple of bunnies. :) Am so in hopes that you will share a tutorial for those zany owls too. :)

  10. It must be tough admitting that the bunnies had such a time and labor saving idea. Were they holding out on you until the end on purpose? Hope Team Storm does not live up to their name, for your sake.

  11. So, have you asked the bunnies why they waited for November to share that change in the construction? I'd put them in a time out! Silly bunnies.
