Today we are having a watermelon picnic. To see what others are bringing to the scrappy potluck, visit the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge.
Meanwhile, Molly and Buddy conducted an art critique of the vintage spin back. Apparently they didn't mind the arrangement but rejected four of the blocks.
Wow I love your fish! Great fabrics and combinations thereof!
ReplyDeleteThose fish are too cute--pinks are perfect for them. Claire aka knitnkwilt
ReplyDeleteMore watermelon fish! I love it! This is the 2nd week in a row that I am reading your post and eating watermelon! Lol!! I've been enjoying my fruity lunches all summer!
ReplyDeleteThis fish are just the cutest things. Can't wait to see all the colors in one quilt!
Molly and Buddy need some Color Theory classes or something! I see nothing wrong with those blocks for Vintage Spin.
ReplyDeleteI love those batiky fish so much!
ReplyDeleteI think Molly and Buddy are constructing their own quilt somewhere. Have you noticed any other blocks missing?
Those watermelon fish are so cute but it looks like the first one forgot to spit out the seeds. However, they certainly are decorative. What do those cats have against those lovely blocks? Are they trying to let you know who makes the final cuts?
ReplyDeleteWhat great fish blocks. Don't they look stunning in these pinks.
ReplyDeleteLove those fun fish!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous fish! I can visualize them swimming in and out through the coral in a turquoise-colored sea.
ReplyDeleteFun post!! Wonderful fish and the block rearranging has happened here, too.
ReplyDeleteGreat fish. Sadie seems to be excellent at rearranging blocks. Possibly she's taking lessons from Molly and Buddy.
ReplyDeleteThese fish are so cute! Also love your peacock quilt.
ReplyDeleteVery flashy fish, if I may say!! Goes without saying that I always love to see your Vintage Spin - why is it that I need more hours in my day to make one of these, as you say there may be one or two blocks in there which Molly and Buddy object to but I have no problem with them!
ReplyDeleteI just love those fish!
ReplyDeleteYour Watermelon Fish are mouthwatering. My dau and SIL need to catch some like that.
ReplyDeleteLove the fish!! No... I REALLY love the fish. And I'm trying desperately to catch up from last week...
