Dear Jane B2

This is Dear Jane block B2 or Sweet Tater Pie. I actually made this back in May when I was making a lot of circles using Dale Fleming's six-minute circle. This is fun because its just two pinwheels, one cut into a circle and the other with a circle cut into it.
