Chicken and Pinwheel

I am following Cathy from Sane Crazy Crumby Quilts to visit Love Laugh Quilt's Monday Makers.  It was just the incentive I needed to finish up some blocks piled up at the sewing machine.

It seems that all of my projects are turning into leaders and enders. That's a polite way to describe my jumble. A mess that can spread patchwork contagion. I'm sure you noticed that the chicken pecked at the pinwheel too long and now she has spotted beak.

  1. Warning! Patchwork fever leads to patchwork contagion leads to patchwork plague. I've heard tell it starts with being cooped up with speedy chickens with gorgeous wings but I don't believe a word of it.

  3. Love the spotted beak! You are really cranking out some great blocks, and lots of them. Is Molly satisfied with your production, or does she feel neglected?

  4. We're both infected with leader/enderitis, I think. I was surprised the other day when after sewing all afternoon, I realized that I'd just been using all my leader/enders as leader/enders for each other, with no 'real' project in sight...
