Speedy Chicken Top

The speedy chickens are all assembled into a quilt top...without the border though. I don't know about you, but it looks as though something is missing.

Okay, that looks a lot better.

For those of you who like a detail shot, here you go.

The cutting table was so full of supervisors, I didn't even bother to try cutting the borders.

And now the cutting table is being used as a conference table.

  1. That looks fabulous. Glad you had such good inspectors to help sort that flock.

  2. Love your chickens! My cutting table looked very similar today - didn't want to bob a tail.

  3. Now there's an idea - a Buddy Border!! You have a happy, colourful quilt Sally, I love it, and to think it was made with two four legged helpers.

  4. I really love how the top turned out. Hopefully your conferencing kitties were able to come up with some great ideas for a border. Happy quilting! Andrea

  5. Buddy looks quite pleased with himself (in a modest sort of way) for getting those chickens all lined up for you. I hope Molly lets him express his ideas about a fence to keep them that way.
