Piglet Quilt Top

The piglets are sewn together and off the floor.

Here's a close up.

I love how the tails dance. This is due to the "Gayle tilt".

Here is Molly using her head to demonstrate the "Gayle tilt."

And here's Molly's interpretative dance "En Provence."

Wow, the piglets quilt turned out fabulously! Even DH was enthusiastic about it. Best eye candy this week! (Sorry Molly)

Love those words, "the Gayle tilt", we now have a new catch phrase in the quilting world! It is a beautiful quilt.
Molly has taken beautifully to the French side of quilting.

Well those are just too cute. Sadie wants to know if her tail inspired you.

I love it! May I ask how big your hill/sky rectangles were? I love how it looks with sky between the rows of piggies instead of sashing. Maybe I'll have enough piggies by the end of the year to get mine all sewn together too.

I thought it was the rock and roll pigs!

That was fast! It brings to mind an old grocery store that used to be called Piggly Wiggly. Cute stuff.
