Lime fish

Some people prefer their fish with a touch of lemon, but today we are having fish with lots of lime. And there is more lime loveliness to be enjoyed over at the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge.

Here is a lime catfish. To eat this, one has to remember to pick out both the bones and claws.

And here is a pukeko fish, a specialty of New Zealand.

Love how you include the fussy cut bits to give your fish extra personality!

Cats and pukeko are okay, but what is the poor fish with the jumping frogs in his tummy going to do?

(What a lot of limes!)
I love all your pretty fish, even if they don't all look ripe.

All little fishy beauties but of course I have to give my vote of favourite to the pukeko fish!
