En Provence Part 5

A handful of large half-square triangles was Part 5 of Bonnie Hunter's En Provence Mystery Challenge.

Here are samplings from the parts that we have assembled so far. And there is another color to add...in my case that will be red.

And here are deux cochons, I mean two pigs. They thought that if they spoke French, I'd accidentally let them in this blog post about En Provence. And it worked.

Tomorrow I plan to present the ostrich tutorial, so come back at your own risk.

I'm always crazy about your fabric selections! Especially those two little Porkers de Provence!
Count me in for the ostrich event! I'll put a fresh blade in my rotary cutter and stock up on bandaids!

But are they actually ostriches, or emus to go with the kangaroo?

I made a potholder with piglets for my son and his partner and they loved it!

A very interesting interpretation so far. But sneaking in those piglets....suppose they start squealing. Will it be in French also? Why ostriches. Will they all have their heads in or out of the sand?
