A Day Late

Here are my blue bitcoins for the Rainbow Scrappy Challenge for yesterday.

Molly has taken over my sewing chair. If this continues, I may only be showing cut fabric from now on.

In the meantime please enjoy these roses. Portland is also called Rose City, apparently for good reason because the yellow roses above are in my front yard under a pine tree and have received little care. Buddy says they are just like him...thriving on neglect.

Our roses (and other plants) are thriving this year in WA, I think from the massive snow and freeze we all had. Sorry Buddy, but I really don't think it's from neglect. If it was, every thing in my yard would be "dead"

Yes, Portland is the Rose City, which means that summer never really arrives until the Rose Festival is over at the end of June. It is written somewhere that it must rain on the Grand Floral Parade.

Now that I've finished my Bit Coin top I fell I must also make the small change version. I like that layout for those blocks.

Before there was much of an internet I used to order my David Austin/English roses from somewhere in Oregon - Heirloom Roses, I think. The deer just love them.
