Ringo and Spider

Here are the Part Four units for Bonnie Hunter's Ringo Lake mystery quilt.

Here is a layout using all of the unit types we've made so far. In a nod to the name, Ringo Lake, there are vast empty areas.

Meanwhile, I am putting the spider web quilt together. I haven't laid out all of the blocks, but am instead putting together four compatible blocks. Then I put those together into eight block units. After I have made those, I will lay them out and figure out the final arrangement...that is, I'll let Molly and Buddy give their input.

  2. I am really loving your Ringo colors. And it’s good to see the spider quilt coming together. I really like that your first string is yellow and may copy that idea when I start on mine. Hope you and the kitties are behaving yourselves for Santa!

  3. I just wandered in from the BH mystery linkup. I have to say, totally different colors and Va-va-vavoom! Looking forward to seeing this progress.

  4. Bonnie didn't make it easy for us to guess the blocks this year either. So many small blocks, and the best I could think of was houses. I love your colors, and love to see how different these quilts will be, even with the same pattern. Merry Christmas to you!

I'll bet Molly and Buddy will have all kinds of input on the spiderwebs...
