Kitchen Time

This week the theme for Project Quilting was the kitchen. I may have confused it with Kitsch-en...so my quilt is a tribute to kitchen timers. For any young folks out there...manual kitchen timers. The quilt is roughly 22 inches square. The designs are hand appliqué with embroidery.

How cute, Sally! So timely to give a tribute to these old-fashioned, but so classic kitchen timers!

We always had the one bottom center. My mother used it for naps!!! The other timers are so cute.

So cute. I think we still have one like the bottom center one in a drawer somewhere. They never seem to wear out.

You really thought outside the box! I also have the bottom center timer and I use it frequently.

Kitsch-en works for me. I think it is cute. I had a green pepper one and a snowman one, but they both quit working. :-(

Much more fun than using the microwave as a timer or asking Alexa to to do it.

That’s so clever and cute! But now that Molly knows how much time you have on (in?) your hands, she’s going to put you to work!
