Today we traded rain for a bit of sunshine so I time outside instead of at the sewing machine. But I did spend some time sewing hexies to wind down the day. I have cut out about one bazillion animal images and I'm just basting them with thread. When I'm finished I'll figure out the layout and sew them together for a quilt. But for now I'm just enjoying the images and the wide range of design styles.

I am in the process of die cutting my freezer paper backings --have yet to choose fabrics for my proposed "flowery" ones...

I love all the fabrics and how you have cut and sewn them. I could never sew a hexie by hand, but I am certainly glad you can!
