Here is the postage stamp parrot. Also known as pixelated parrot. I probably confused the image a bit around the peak by including the dark colored feathers that the blue macaw has under the chin. On most of the other parrots I have left this detail out and just used yellow. Happily, the dot for the eye is taking a lot of the focus, so that's a plus. It's probably worth the time to fiddle with the image in photoshop to try other alternatives for the beak and under the chin.
