Here is a quilt I saw in a online listing for an estate sale. There was nothing else shown in the listing that explained a large mounted quilt top (I'm assuming it wasn't quilted) in a stairway. And no, I didn't go to the sale. I don't often go out, which may explain why tonight after I got home from the tapestry weaving class, I immediately fell asleep only to wake up at 8pm and think, "egads, what can I blog about?"

Oh, it is so lovely and very unique. Hope nobody runs their grubby hands on it every time they use the staircase.
