Plastic Penguin

Here's Plastic Penguin frolicking in Step 7 of the Bonnie Hunter mystery challenge.  I finished Step 6 (half square triangles of chartreuse and neutral) and still have to make the pinwheels for Step 7. Then I have to hightail it back to Step 5 and finish sewing the flying geese. (Molly says I'm not making a bit of sense anymore and I might as well be speaking gibberish like Buddy.)

I’m loving your penguin playtime posts (as Barb would say here, Awesome Alliteration!) but I did have to cover Alfie’s eyes yesterday to avoid the carnage of penguin parts.

Ha! Tell Molly that if she's having trouble following your quilty talk, I'll speak to her in crochet:
Ch6 (counts as dc + ch3), dc in same st, skip 1, dc in next dc, ch1, skip 1, dc in next dc, skip 1, [VSt in next st, skip 1, dc in next dc, ch1, skip 1, dc in next dc, skip 1] repeat around, join. (15 VSt + 30 dc)

I'm about in the same place (s) as you are, so this made complete sense! :)

Enjoying your creativity with the penguin series and finding creative ways to post the photos :)
Can't wait to see how your Frolic comes together... I followed your quilt speak perfectly because I am doing the same thing!
